What do you guys think of Todd White? I think he's one of the most underrated and unappreciated guys in the league.

This guy is plays well with Rolston and PMB comes up w/ goals when the Wild aren't scoring any; scoring goals @ unlikely angels.

When he got injured @ the end of the year, everyone just seemed to have forgotten about him.

I'm glad to hear that he's healing and will be ready for the start of next season.

Great third liner. I'd love him in LA

From a Sens fan ...

it's great to hear Minnesota fans are happy with White and I'm sure I speak for most Sens fans when I say I'm happy for White himself. It was a matter of salary and the numbers game for White in Ottawa.

In Ottawa he could play on any line with pretty much any linemate and really seemed like a guy who could play a complementary role to the big scorers. Here's hoping for a healthy and productive 2006-2007 for White.

All three seem to be pretty unselfish. So they get the puck in the zone and can wait for a good shot and they are all good enough to bury the puck when set in a perfcet spot. Plus all three are very good passers. I actually wish this line would shoot more.

Most teams key on Gaborik. So the White line plays second fiddle. Makes it a bit easier to score.

Rolston can play center. But last year especially. We needed someone to put points on the board. Makes it hard for a center under JL to play up to his standards as a center and still have prime scoring chances. Rolston on wing opens the game up for him and takes a little pressure off.

These 3 guys have 1 mind.

Everytime 1 of these 3 guys score, the other two have the assists.

Here's my problem with this combo: they are too unselfish. Obviously, we'll see this combo throughout the season as Lemaire flips and flops his line combinations. Rolston would be the most selfish of the three. They'll be looking to set him up for his monster slapshot. However, I'd much rather see Parrish on the wing and Rolston playing with Demitra and Gaborik. The advantages of a D-G-R line are pretty obvious, I think. Insane speed through the neutral zone. Demitra has two shooters to setup. With the opposing team trying to defend against these three, it'll provide ample opportunity for a D-Man to jump into the play on the rush or for weakside, backdoor shots.

Back to my preference for Bouchard, Parrish & White. Parrish's ability in front of the net will force Bouchard and White to shoot more because that's how they'll get assists.

However, I do agree that whatever combination steps onto the ice with Bouchard, they won't be against the top D pairing for the opposition nor the oppositions defensive specialists. This'll help Bouchard and whomever he's playing with create more chances than they might otherwise.

I must confess I never looked for the combination of Bouchard, Rolston and White last season and don't remember ever seeing them together. But then again .. .the season seemed so long ago.

Here's a nice goal from the Rolston-White-Bouchard line:

Here's another nice goal, except Bouchard isn't in this one:

Anyways, I can see how you think Parrish would play well w/ Bouchard and White. Parrish said himself that his job is to stay in the slot and clear the front of the net. Bouchard and White are our best snipers on the team, so that'd work out great.
