Folks I can stand back no longer

As a longtime lurker,Montreal expat living in NYC, I am compelled to take action and start this thread.
I have watched Poti play he is awful and will bring ZERO ZIP NADDA to our beloved Habs..he is a LIABILITY..PERIOD.

bump this thread if you DO NOT want to see Tom Poti in as a member of our team...yes OUR TEAM!

welcome to this board

Poti will be an upgrade over the half of the defensemen in place right now...

YEAH! The Fans who know zilch about the players and their relationship with the team should entirely be allowed to decide who gets signed! MAKES SENSE TO ME!

Much more reliable and physical than Breezer. I watched him play lots at BU. I like him and, as one poster mentioned, he is better than five of our six defensemen.

Isn't he a liablity on defence but very good offensively? Our PP pointmen looked not so good most of last year. Let Komi or Souray cover his backside and let him go!

I sign the POTItion. I'm not too worried though, as this rumour stems from nothing really.

If he is so good, why has he been a regular healthy scratch for the rangers for the last 2 years. He has been benched numerous times for his defensive play.

He still has been benched numerous times for his poor play. I believe twice last year and prolly more the year b4.

Exactly I used the wrong words, He has been benched and/or put in the press box numerous times in the last 2 NHL seasons, (05-06 and 03-04) for gaffs in his own end. He is another Brisebois to me, no thank you, especially at the money he wants.

I have watched him play for the Strangers countless times...I have heard the Boo-Birds from the rafters..justified every single time..he lacks mental toughness, confidence and decision making..there is a reason he is one of the last UFA D-Men available.
NO not here.
