How about Jason Allison ?

So far, we have heard the names of Arnott, Lindros, Perreault, Hridina, Lang... But what about Allison, a tall right handed centerman who did not that bad with the Leafs last year ?

Isnt this like third Jason Allison thread in a week?

I dont think he would be good fit for out team, too slow, only useful on powerplay and we have Ribeiro for that.

I don't think Toronto fans were all that happy with him. Bad penalties, poor defensive play, poor mobility.

I would take Lindros or Allison over Perrault. I think we need a center for a year to two then the team will start to look good down the middle. Chippy should be here in two years, and cross your fingures and hope Grabo can take off like Koivu did when he came over. Our wingers are pretty good but the best would be if we could get Lang .

I don't think we have room for Lindros or Allison anyway, unless we trade Ribs.

Would be nice if we could turn Bonk into Lindros AND dump Ribs at the same time.

I rather give a chance to Owen Nolan than to any of those supposed '' high quality'' forwards available.....

He's the slowest player in the history of the NHL. Not a good fit for this team.

You're right. He's really slow...and he's even slower then he has to make a move. He's big yeah but he's slow...I'd rather have a faster smurf...who has as much skills as him...

Seriously..Ribeiro and Allison? That'd put me to sleep and my gf would slap me with a large trout all the time.

It depends on the price too..if he's willing to sign for less then 1.5..then ok..he's no Sunny.
