Better French Athlete: Huet or Zidane?

One is among the best soccer players in the world, just won the golden ball, etc. etc.

The other carried his team to the playoffs, was at the top of the league in goalie stats, and made it through several overtime games without head-butting anyone.

WHO IS L'HOMME?

You're kidding, right? Zidane wins this by a landslide if you ask anyone outside of the Montreal Canadiens forum so what's the point of even asking?

Are you freakin kidding me.The guy played well for the 2nd half of the season and playoffs? Does Theodore ring a bell.Besides the dumb gesture by Zidane yesterday, the guy had a great career.Better people in France should be asked...Est ce que vous connaissez Christobal Huet? See how many know!!

Zidane period

I voted Huet because I don't like soccer. Why vote for someone who plays a sport that I don't like?

Zidane won a world cup, a euro cup and has played for some of the most storied franchises in football; he's won world player of the year twice. He's a national Icon.

Huet has played two seasons in the NHL. His team got eliminated in the first round. He was able to secure a job for the next 3 years.

Hands down the winner is Huet.

Come on man...whats the point of this poll?

Its like asking who the better Canadian athlete is Ian Hargreaves or Wayne Gretzky?

This should have been a public poll so we could identify the 4 cretins who voted for Huet.

The cretin count is now at 12

If you asked Huet this question, he would say Zidane after laughing incredulously. If you asked Zidane this question, he would probably have no idea who Huet is....just like the majority of France.

Huet.

Zidane can't stop a puck nor does he wear a Habs jersey.
