Wow thnk god Aebi or Huet do not have huge pie holes like this guy!

I wonder what this will do to his value around the league, and if I were Brian Burke I would tear Bryzgalov a new one!

I find it hard to believe that "no one wants him". How about STL with Sanford? FLA with just Auld? Is ATL solid with Lehtonen?

I'm sure Burke is real happy about this interview. Personally I would still take Giguerre. 1 year at $4m, then resign him to what he's actually worth; something along the lines of $2.5 or 3 million. Obviously not an option for the Habs, but some other team might benefit from him. The Panthers or Wings? Surely he wouldn't cost more than a 1st rounder (with a conditional pick based on resigning him) in a trade, if that.

I'm pretty sure it's legit. Bryz is a pretty weird guy, un vrai philosophe in that sense. Anyways he's just saying the truth, Giguere is untradable because of his contract (then again that's what we said about Theo).

Sanford was 500 on a horrible team last year. He earned his shot at #1 this year.

I think the blues are willing to go with sanford/bacaschua (I can never spell his name) tandem. Aside from that, Marek Schwartz is only a couple years away.
