Pleks should have a spot somewhere.

I think Ribs is to slow and lacks the wrister for that...only way he scores is if he deeks out the goalie.

I really don't understand why Koivu was never given more of a look for shootouts. He has plenty of moves and dips and dangles. They kept insisting on giving a shot to Ryder . That's not me bashing Ryder, but he certainly didn't show much on regular season shootouts.

1. Samsonov
2. Koivu
3. Kovalev
---------
4. Plekanec
5. Ribeiro
6. Perezhogin

If Kostitsyn makes the team he must be in top three or four. My order(Someplayer will be in hamilton but it's my all-team order)

(Samsonov
Grabovski
Kovalev
Kostitsyn) - No order
Ryder
Perezhogin
Plekanec
Koivu
Ribeiro
Higgins

What about markov in the shoot out. That guy pulled some sick moves in the offensive zone in the past.

Markov
Kovalev
Samsonov

Yes, although most teams would not use one. (Although Anaheim might want to. )

It's somewhat more common for defensemen to shoot when the shootout runs for very long and the team runs out of forwards. The most famous case of this was Marek Malik's between-the-legs goal.

Finally, some Dagenais love. It was about time.

Too bad the guy is a UFA.

I heard he might sign with the Dallas Stars to be reunited with Jussi Jokinen.

how can anyone put Ryder there! he has no hands, he has traffic goals all the time, same with Koivu and Markov, they have excellent vision but to actually deke the puck we have better assets, top3 being Kovy Samsonov, Perez/Kosty

Perez always seems to deke himself out, even in Hamilton I saw that this year. Kostitsyn would be very interesting, he was a WEAPON for Hamilton in shootouts, I think I saw him shoot like 5 times, nailed 4 or maybe all 5. Two of the games he shot twice in because it was stalemate and he was I think the only Hamilton player to score both times.
