Saying I was right about this is one but saying I was wrong about that is two. I thought Trent Klatt was a useless acquisition but so far he's doing a nice job.
He has been a great addition. I think his attitude and Luc's attitude are two of the biggest reasons this team is playing well. They fight for every point this team can get. Nice to have good leaders finally. I'm loving the spread out scoring too. Gonna be tough to stop this team if it keeps up and if Deader or Allison are able to come back.

Nice observation As much as people hated Kelly Buchberger(I didn't btw) I really think that his presence was missed last year. I think the team was missing that vocal leader that could really pull the team together; someone who could really say "Hey! We've had a lot of injuries, but we are still talented enough to win" and get the team to believe it. Somtimes the coach can only do so much to get through to his players, but when it comes from a teamate I think it goes a bit further.
Hi all, new poster here from Christchurch NZ and a big Kings fan. This is my third post. I have been a Kings fan since 90 when a few of the players were down for a fishing holiday and they told me about the sport. I have been hooked ever since. I have been able to watch every game via satelite without fail since then and I have to say that even when compared to the 93 team that I think this could be the best team that I have seen us have in that time span.
Klatt is one cracking good player who is always doing the right thing even though it seems that he isn't making a big noise about it all of hte time. I also think that he is continuing to get better with each game. I thought his first game was well played but the last three have been even better. Great player with allot of heart.
Hello to all and I look forward to keeping up with the team through you and this site.

Are you kidding me, when klatt was on the flyers he missed more open nets than anyone i've ever seen. If he could have just hit the net from 15 feet and in, he'd have had 40 goals. He played with Lindros and Leclair and Eric set him up so many times every game, it was ubsurd. I'm sure he's improved a lot since them, but he was terrible on the Flyers. When Renberg was put in his place, he scored 38 goals (I believe) in his rookie season.

This reminds me of Glen Murray a little. Hands of stone that went all the way to his armpits.
