I don't know, Perez was very good in the playoffs. The only problem with him is it's confidence, you know, like when Claude Julien was always mad at him and even smash a stick on the ice. Or when he took him away from the first line because of some reason nobody knows, but even if Pierre Dagenais suck big time and was only trying to shot on every occasion, he leaves him there only because he's a quebecer. I'm sure it is something else that was breaking his confidence, he was not given another chance when he was making a little mistake but Dagenais always was. You could see that it took a long time before he gained back his confidence.

I think Murray or Downey are a lot more in danger than Perez. I don't think it will be that hard to take their spot.
