Deadmarsh & Allison aren't playing tonight. Hopefully our team will shake off that stench from last night.

Telly was on the bench last night, not Kidd, so I'd assume he gets the start. For LA, the fan590 was reporting Cechmanek to get the nod.

Yeah, I think Jackman needs to sit down for a game and be shown 24hr coverage of video from his preseason and first 5 games.

Tellan will get the start tonight according to Mojo; Pilar is likely in while Ric Jackman sits.

Lets all be a little realistic here guys, if you're going to complain about Jackman's defensive play you're going to want to kill Pilar by the end of the game. I like Pilar and think he's going to be a good offensive D-man but if you've been watching the AHL games you've seen what he's going to do for you defensively and it ain't pretty. That said if they're playing him tonight and I hope they are, they better be playing him with Klee or Berg because it'll be a nightmare otherwise.

My prediction for tonights game: LA is coming off a road trip and this is there first game back which is usually a bad one for most teams. Meanwhile, Toronto should be a little upset at there play in Anaheim and they should be settled now. We all know they tend to play real well after getting embarassed in the previous game so I'm going to call it 4-2 Toronto.

Come on Leafs let's win this one and rebound from last night's stink I really hope that Telly gets the start because Belfour needs a rest! My prediction is:

Leafs 4
Kings 2

GO LEAFS GO!!!!!!

I do agree but.... we need another defensiveman who can move the puck well and qb our second pp unit, and berg isnt the guy. I think if he is paired with Klee he wont do as much harm. I mean if he could cover for gonchar, he can cover for pilar

I'll also say 4-2 Leafs

Pilar , Mogilny, Sundin, Roberts

Palffy, Lucky Luc

No prediction as usual.
The Leafs better win if they wanna stay within striking distance of the Divisional title.

Well if Pilar gets to play with Klee that would be unfair to Jackman.

I think you need to look no further than Klee for an explanation as to why Berg is playing his best hockey as a leaf. Yet Jackman has far more offensive upside than Berg. Now Pilar, who has a very similar game to Jackman (weaker in his own end I would argue) gets to play with Klee, that would just suck.

Berg should be paired with marchment anyway - a much better third pairing. Marchments toughness needs to rub off on that big Fin.

LA has been playing well lately, and Cechmanek seems to be overcoming is characteristically slow start.

In honour of tonights game I shall change my avatar!
