Glazachev......however not factoring in the lack of Russian transfer agreement.

Add Shafigulin and Vigilante.

Exactly, I think Glazachev might be the most talented of the remaining prospects, but he isn't the caliber of Malkin or Semin so I think the lack of a transfer agreement with Russia must factor into his prospect status due to our inability to sign him to a contract and bring him over to North America.

Among the Russians, Kulyash and Shafigulin are probably ahead of Glazachev in terms of size and toughness.
