depends what you want... if you want a 3rd or 4th line guy that can piss you off and score a couple of goals to rub in your face... take barnaby. if you want a 3rd or 4th line guy can can lay the smack down 7 nights a week... take laraque.

barnaby is no fighter. don't make that mistake. he drops the gloves, holds on and laughs at you while you punch him in the head... that's not fighting.... that's called being mentally challenged - but hey it works

Easily Barnaby. At least he has enough skill to chip in a bunch of goals a season while still pissing people off.

Can I choose an empty roster spot instead?

Barnaby is basically the enforcer model for the New NHL.

Don't know if I'd agree.

Maybe Fedoruk? Or someone like Stevens in his prime would be better?

Barnaby will never be confused with a pretty good hockey player. Plus he really doesn't enforce much of anything.

Yeah, I was getting ready to say Fedoruk is probably the ideal enforcer.

I would take Laraque because he is a tough french canadian and I hop he sticks up for us all and pounds Sean Avery. He is tougher then Barnaby.

What does being French Canadien or sticking up for "us" all and pounding Sean Avery have to do with anything?

He's refering to the comment Avery made last year about French Canadiens and visors.
