He can't have a Lethinen - Holik - Cole line ... I think that line is just alright ... Dacks and Bull will get the job done on D and Perrault can shine with Bulis and no Audette on his wing . Plus Dackell is red hot
let's bring Patrick Traverse on our first PP unit!
That was SO last year. :p
I think you guys are right. Unfortunately, we'll have to write this one off. Usually, everyone favours the underdogs. It is, though, very hard to cheer for that line-up/
I'm starting to get pissed off. They're pathetic.. ridiculous. Last summer, they promessed everybody that they were in rebuilding phase and that they are going to rebuild the team like what the Ottawa Senators did with Andre Savard. Last year, they fired Therrien and signed Claude Julien as the new head coach. He was supposed to know the young players well, make them play often by giving them, give them condifence and all. We finally thought that we are going to see a lot more our highly-rated prospects this season by getting rid of Therrien. That was like the only positive thing that made a lot of people buy season-tickets. I'm one of those stupids that went buying a 10 matchs game pack. Hopefully, I did not chose the game this saturday or I'd be very pissed off looking at our starting roster.
Agree with me or not, that's the way I'm feeling. I'm tired of Julien's decisions. He looks soft and is playing cards with our prospects. Especially with Hossa, Ryder and Hainsey. One day, they play on the top 2 lines, then they are healthy scraches, another day, they are benched, then they play on the 4th line. I hope Gainey's going to react soon.
Bring in Larry Robinson or Jacques Demers, heck why not Michel Bergeron? If Michel was the coach, we would never see Juneau play again.
it's so laughable how fans get in fury as soon as the coach takes a decision... This first line can't be worse than bulis on the left, the second isn't worse because hossa is not there..
About the coaching change you are talking about, what would this new coach do better than Julien? This year we have more chances, we minimize the opposing team shots on goal, we just can't get a goal... The problem is not the coach, it's the players... They just shoot and it never scores, why don't they do stickhandling plays? Hey i mean, Bégin was one if not the best player of our team yesterday, how can we explain this?
It's strange, a lot of people here don't like the decision of Julien to move juneau on the first line... I think he plays well in the offensive zone, he is smart and I can't wait to see what he will do along with koivu and Zednik.

By the way, Jacques Demers didn't agree with Julien's decision from yesterday's game... To let play Begin in the last couple minutes of the game. Imo, this decision was OK, Begin doesn't have the talent of Koivu, neither Zednik... but he has the will and it appears when he is on the ice, he creates chances.

Why not just forfeit the d*amn game and save everybody alot of grief!
What a joke really, I can't stand CJ anymore. Maybe this is all for good, will drive the GM crazy and he will start to do something for the team.
Man oh man... is CJ normal? Too bad the Canucks are on PPV otherwise I would have watched Canucks Bruins instead.
Damn, we must fire this ass hole of a coach... He's so stupid! Hossa - Ribeiro and Ryder were playing good together, why have you broke this line... Juneau on the first line, well, let's bring Patrick Traverse on our first PP unit!
I agree. I don't know why he didn't stick with that line.
But I like that he plays guys who deserve to play. I wish he would move Begin up.
As much as I hate saying this, I agree with what this guy is doing to an extent.
NOBODY is producing, so the lines need to be jumbled to find some spark to get this team going, even though Juneau on the top line is far from the answer. Also, benching the players who aren't giving it their all is another good move because it should make everyone work harder so they will get to play every game, but Ryder always seems to give it his all, so benching him doesn't seem like it makes a lot of sense.

These line shufflings will amount to nothing good. It was tried last year and it only made things worse. A vet should be sent down to Hamilton any day now just so we have an exact replica of last year madness.
The lines are getting worse by the game.. I thought Perreault and Audette on the same line was bad enough... But noooooooooooooooo. He had to go and prove me wrong three games in a row.
Well Juneau was one of the best players for the Habs during the last games, but sitting Ryder and Hossa, who were also doing good, is pretty lame. Well, go Perreault go Audette go Rivet!

Nice to see a post where someone doesn't just jump on the bandwagon, and simply agree with everyone's criticism. I think people should wait for the results of the decision, before being critical, if need be.
BTW, Juneau had his best NHL season on left wing, with a playmaking center, named Adam Oates.
