Jon Lester diagnosed with Lymphona
According to Sportscenter. However, they did say that it was treatable.

I feel bad for the kid. He's 23 and since he's an athlete, his whole way of life is in jeopardy. After treatment, he still won't be back to his physical peak until probably the 2008 season. It's gotta be as tough on his mind as it is on his body, since being a star pitcher is all he's ever been.

wow, I am not oo familiar with him other than just knowing his name, but this is terrible. I really hope he comes through as fast as possible. My thoughts and prayers are with the Lester family.

Man that is such a shame. He's only 22. At least it's treatable.
Not at all a Sox fan but all the best to him. He has so much potential.
