Does anyone know where I can find more details on the tournament?

I went to the Ricoh Coliseum web site but they don't even have it listed on their calendar. I wanna find out when and where tickets go on sale.
I'll definitely take some pics and provide a report for you guys who arent in Toronto.

No specific answer, but usually it's not exactly the kind of event where you start logging in to tickmaster or lining up on the streets overnight when the tickets go on sale.

I always used to go in Hull. I'll go to this now in Ricoh. But it's entirely possible that it'll just be a case of showing up at the door and paying whatever they decide the market will bear ($5? $8? $10?) to get in.

Tres tres tres cool if it truly is at Ricoh, though! (It'll be weird to have fellow-geeky Leafs fans all around, though.)

We're going to run the show during the Habs-Panthers matchups

I'll be there every day the habs are playing, look for the guy with the Red #8 Komisarek.

Just a reminder to all those who will be attending games in Toronto:

When you get home after the game, a full report on the game, which players impressed you, which didn't, etc. is expected to be posted on HFBoards. Them's the rules.

I might even be able to post videos of the game online, a friend of mine is a media student in Toronto and perhaps we can post the games online somewhere for people when we get back.

But if not, at the very least, pictures and game discussion. And videos of me making fun of Leafs fans.

i would like to take some pics and short vid clips, and could also provide resume and analysis on some of the players.

Anyone know what our roster will look like?

It's good to know that we won't have to wait much longer for the Habs vs. Leafs prospects argument to be buried for yet another year.

Here are the games involving our boys, with all games at the Ricoh Centre:

Friday Sept 8th 7:00pm vs Toronto
Saturday Sept 9th 4:00pm vs Florida
Monday Sept 11th 7:00pm vs York Univ
Tuesday Sept 12th 1:00pm 3rd vs 4th; 4:00pm 1st vs 2nd

Look forward to some good reports from those that can attend. I saw this schedule on the ticketmaster website. It looks like tickets will be on sale this Friday, and of course at the box office as there should be lots of seats available (saves service charges as well). Tickets will be sold for $5-8.

I'd recommend waiting for the box office if you want to save the service charges, btw. I bought my tickets today on ticketmaster. There are no $5 tickets, it's either $8 for one game or $10 for two. But the service charges transform the $8 ticket into a $15 ticket, and the $10 ticket into an $18 ticket. As NWT said, it's not going to be sold out, so you're probably not going to be in any danger just going to the box office on game day. Also, it's all general admission, so it's not like you're picking out good seats by buying early or anything. (On the otherhand, if you're just too excited to wait like I was, it is still a good bargain overall for 8 games, even with the charitable donation to ticketmaster included).

Presumably, one might expect some combination of players including:

F - Latendresse, Chipchura, Mikus, S.Kostitsyn, Aubin, D'Agostini, Maxwell, White, ?Grabovsky?, etc.
D - Cepek, Carle, ?O'Byrne?, ?Gleed?, ?Dulac-Lemelin?
G - Price, Lacasse

I dunno if it's really all that deterministic, though. Different teams have prospects at different ages sometimes, and presumably the Habs and Leafs will each choose some dividing lines which keep some of the older prospects out of the tourney, etc, and one or two games head to head probably won't prove anything overall regardless of who plays. If anything, it'll just fuel the arguments.
