The Miller autograph will be a Miller picture, just signed by Charlie Batch. And the Ward towel will be a terrible towel used to wipe flecks of spit from Cawr's chin.

Therefore, I lightbulb popped up in the old cranium. Why not re-unite Malkin with his lifelong childhood friend and best friend, Alexander Ovechkin? I am currently on the record stating that these two playing together would be the best combination since Kerry Collins and Randle Moss.

So I will throw this out there, you can take it or throw it away. But I think it is an exchange that would certainly be profitable for both squads.

To Pittsburgh:
Shaone Morrissonn
Kris Beech
Donald Brashear
3rd round draft pick

To Washington:
Evgeni Malkin

Oh man that is the worst trade I have seen in a long time, all of those wsh players are useless other than the dman. I thought you avatar said no clowns?

i really think this would help both squads as the Pens get the scorer they need and the Caps get more depth

As a Pens fan, I would do this, but only if the conditional 3rd is based on AO winning the Art Ross, Lady Bing and a Daytime Emmy.

Sorry Pittsburgh fans, but because of the delay in accepting this deal the Bruins have decided to offer Patrice Bergeron to Washington for the same package. However, we fealt the 3rd round pick was overpayment & decided to remove that from the package.

Clefty, I think the reason that people are annoyed is because even if the guy was joking, why post the thread? It serves no purpose. Trade rumors, jokes or not, of this nature are a big-time annoyance on HF, IMO.

Of course, some of us (myself included) should probably not have bothered posting in it, but it was too funny to resist...which is kind of sad, because that means I got owned by the read starter...

This is ridiculis there is no way washington trades ovechkin and no way pittsburgh trades malkin. So forget it.These two have too much potential.

Even if Craig Patrick was blind, drunk and was completly stripped of any and all hockey knowledge, the Pens would just hang up the phone and just laugh insanely for hours on end. Good God. I have seen some winners on these boards, but this one just might take the cake. Do us a favor dude, put down the crackpipe, the bottle of Old Grandad Whiskey and step away from the keyboard and never, ever make another proposal again. After this one you lost any and all rights to come up with proposals.

Beech would be a great acquisition. I
d say the Pens would be more than willing to pay a high price to get his services.

If I was Pittsburgh I would do this trade just because of 3rd round pick.

Let me go on record as saying this is by far the worst trade proposal ever on this site. If I were Tony Hrkac and I read this I would find you strangle you. I have to go kill myself now.

Wow this one of the worst trades I have seen,

Penguins get a goon, prospect that will never make the NHL and a Dman for a Franchise player................
