- Hrabal's gotten a point in every game so far.
- Bumagin hasn't gotten one since his first game.
- Zhukov's still looking for his first.

Zhukov usually starts fast and then disappears. This year he's seemingly forgot to start fast before he goes un-noticed the rest of the season the guys definately has the physical tools to be a good player. Is he just not that tallented??? He seems to be a guy that I've pegged all wrong. I thought that this kid could be a drakhorse for us, instead he's been nothing short of invisible.

Guy, how high is the org. on Hrabal? I know there was talk of bringing him over for this summer. Do you see him coming over next season?

Best of luck to both our kids and your team. You guys are doing a fabulous job of developing for us. Greene has been just awesome. Keep up the great work.

I am expecting Chorney to have a big year. Go UND!!!

OT, but EDM must have the least CHL prospects of all 30 teams, right?

If not, there can't be too many teams with fewer than 3 prospects in the CHL.

We'll see when everyone is finished getting sent down, but right now I count the Islanders with three (Figren, Kohn, O'Marra) and Pittsburgh with three (Letang, Paquet, Staal - though that could change if Staal makes the team).

For Toronto, I only count two, and that includes Brent Aubin, who they signed a few days ago. The other one is Oreskovic. EDIT: Forgot James Reimer for Toronto.

Maybe (read: I have no idea), but we definately have the most evenly balanced number within the 3 CHL leagues.

Is today the start of the regular season in the WHL and OHL? If so, Bryan Pitton stopped 22 of 24 wins for Brampton in their 3-2 win over the Petes. I have very high hope for this kids, he's done nothing but win so far in the OHL and he should improve now that he's the starting goaltender for the Battalion.

Brampton is playing their second game tonight so we'll see if Pitton gets his second start in the row. Likewise, it's Owen Sound's first game of the year so we'll get to see how Peckham looks this year.

This is the way he's been doing it for a couple of seasons now, and its always looked like this in Firefox.

Yeah...this board is the only reason I even use Explorer. Explorer seems to handle the charts better.
I use Firefox for everything else.

If anyone is interested in NHL pre-season stats, here is a good link.

http://www.sportsline.com/nhl/stats/...HL?&_1:col_1=9

Edit - BTW, Smid and Staios are tied for first in the league with B. Bell for +/-, all being +4

Theo Peckham registering no points in his first game and finishing -1.

http://www.ontariohockeyleague.com/s...?game_id=12325

Aaron Rock getting the start over Bryan Pitton in Brampton's 2nd game.

Peckham actually had an assist for Owen Sound tonight. Pitton didn't get the start but I'm guessing that's simply because it was the tail end of a back-to-back. I'm guessing he gets the start tommorrow against Sudbury...

Pitton picked up his second win of the season stopping 28 of 31 shots despite the fact that Brampton got outshot 31 to 21. This kid has done nothing but win so far and he's looked great so far through two games.
