Did Pat Quinn play US college hockey?

I was reading through the University of Tennessee's program (we recently played them) and it said Pat Quinn was one of the alumni that was in the NHL. I was wondering if there is any proof that it is the Pat Quinn that coaches your beloved Maple Leafs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

He played for the Memphis Wings of the CPHL in the 1965/66 season, not sure if they were a college team tho.
