Wild Chants?

I just watched a movie about English Football aka Soccer and it got me thinking about chants and songs related to sports or more specifically hockey/Wild.

Why do fans at pro games in the states not sing or chant like they do at soccer/football games in other countries?

or better yet would someone enjoy a game more if the crowd sang or chanted more?

Just look at the Gophers or any other college/university team in the states.

You'll hear "ole" chants and more during Montreal playoff games.

Wild fans however can't muster much more than a "sieve!" chant now and again.

Someone will no doubt bring up the Northstars and "Secord sucks!" chants.
