Good Luck From a Rangers

I have always liked the Hawks, have seen one game in Chicago several years ago. Our cities (NY & Chicago) are the two greatest in the country, we have original 6 franchises, long established fan bases, etc. It looks like my Rangers may have finally turned the corner towards respectability - hope you guys will soon. I know it's tough with the present ownership you're stuck with. I hope to see the Hawks vs the Devils in November over here.

Funny you say that, I plan to visit Chicago again in 2009 (but will probably be just before hockey season starts).

Would be a Great Cup Finals. And the networks and NHL would cream in their pants if it happened.

I really wished we played the Rangers at least twice a year. Really enjoy watching those games.

They should really have the Original 6 teams play eachother a lot more. The Hawks dont get to play the ones from the Eastern confrence more than once a year.

I miss playing the Maple Leafs in the old Norris division.

Those were the days when Chicago had some real rivalries.

good luck to the Hawks, they will have a good future, especially if they get Montoya. I just wish Sather was smart enough to trade for Mark Bell before when he went to the Sharks. Sharks did not give up much for Bell, I think if Hawks were really intrested in Montoya, I bet the deal would have been Montoya, and Immonen for Bell and Barker or something like that. Rangers can use a power forward. Watch out for the Sharks, Bell Thornton Cheechoo ouch great first line go hawks, go sharks, go rangers.
