I'm not a Corvo fan, but if he's playing on Ottawa's first power play unit with Redden, Spezza, Heatley etc (and Coach Murray said he likely would be on the 1st unit)...I would take Corvo over Kronwall no problem for offensive statistics. Not even close IMO.

As much as I like Corvo you have to go with Kronwall. He will get on that number 1 PP unit becuase of his talent and if healthy could get 45-55 points. Kronwall is Detroits future franchise defenseman. Cant pass him up.

You're saying Kronwall will see more PP time than one of Lidstrom or Schneider?
That's crazy if you ask me.

Corvo is the proven guy right now, I'd go with him.

Exactly, Corvo right now but next year? Kronwall is being groomed as Detroit's franchise d-man.

My vote would be Kronwall. He is well on his way to being Detroit's stud defenceman. If it wern't for his injuries the last season or two, there would be no question needed between him and Corovo.

Kronwall led Grand Rapids in scoring as a defenceman.

Tough call.
