Heritage Classic in Edmonton

Rumor has it that Sather and Messier are both coming to take part in it next Saturday. Messier, supposedly,is going to be playing in the game with all his Oiler teammates. Now from an Oiler fan this is the icing on the cake to this whole day if Mess plays. That being said, how pissed will you the "Ranger Fan" be if they take part and Messier plays?

I can see it now...

"Messier trips into Sather... BOTH ARE DOWN AND OUT. OH MY GOD. OH NO."

The papers would read: "Messier And Sather: Hip Bones Gone and Hospital Bound for the Next Year!"

And I would smile.

But I would have no problem with it. Really. I wouldn't. ^_^

I'd have absolutely no problem if Messier went and played. This is about hockey not the New York Rangers.

I would prefer that Messier come back, but if the price of getting Jackass out of New York is having Messier leave too, then I think he should do it for the good of the team.

I'm torn on this one..On one hand, I'm hoping Sather goes there and somehow gets lost and never comes back. On the other hand, I'm worried that after he watches these old farts, he might get the idea to sign a couple of them for our "playoff run"
