Lundqvist or Roloson?

This guy and I recently got in a debate about who is better right now: Roloson or Lundqvist. What do you think?

Lundqvist and it's not really good. Roloson is a solid above-average player who has yet to prove he can take on the full work load as a starting goaltender. In contrast, Lundqvist is a young and elite player who was a finalist for the Vezina trophy and has won a gold medal at the Olympics.

I like Roloson but Lundqvist has the potential to be close to Kiprusoff in terms of skill.

Sorry I didn't mention it, but I meant only right now. I don't care about the potential of Lundqvist so lets say that we all knew that both would have a career ending injury in the next offseason. So NOW which one do you choose.

Still Lundqvist...im assuming you were on the end of the argument who was saying Rolo was better..? Like someone pointed out, Lundqvist played great for a full season as the starting goalie where Rolo has only played good for half the season really (spliting time with Fernadez). Lundqvist should get the vote...but u dont have to count mine since im a Ranger fan.

Don't... he just signed a 3-year $11M contract.

Would it be more even if I started a Lundqvist/Niittymaki thread?

There's no reason to feel sorry for Roloson. He's a very good goaltender but he's not elite like Lundqvist is.

Not at all. It would probably be the same exact or even more lopsided.

A guy like Hemsky, PRONGER(If Edmonton had won he wins playoff MVP), Pisani did nothing to you? That WHOLE team was amazing that entire run.
