Yes. Very little to lose picking him over ferland: if someone critical gets injured they can callup from hamilton... but not JUNIOR!

but you're forgetting Kostitsyn, Perezhogin and Grabovski. It's not like he's only fighting for the roster spot with Ferland... at all.

I'm wanting him make it more now- offensive skill + physical... however I voted no. Don't think he'll get the 12+ minutes necessary and there's a log jam for available spots. Or, a spot.

he's in - we need him now more than later - he strikes me as being one of those players that excels when pressured - I'd love to have him on our team this year.

I wish I was! Between invisi-zhogin and injured grabovski not a huge stretch. Tomorrow Kostitsyn will have to prove he really wants it as much as 84.

Of the 3, only Kostitsyn really has showed he wants to be on the team, and deserves it.

Considering Perez and Lats aren't doing anything to impress (other than Lats hits) I don't see how Kost can mess it up. All he has to be is half way decent and he gets my vote. Of course this is my impression of just todays game though so things could easily drastically change.

Well, Lats did score a goal as well ya know. And hustled enough to draw a penalty shot. He's not off the score sheet for a lack of trying.

Wasn't he blocking shots too tonight?

I only saw the first period of the second Boston/Montreal game, but Grabo looked good.

Well, as mentioned, my view was stricktly from what I saw in todays game. Didn't get to catch the other games so don't know how he did. I sure hope he did well in the other game as today was a downer. To be fair, I do see his offensive up side. He just needs to develop more.

Tucker was the poor soul behind Lats check? I tell you, it was sweet. Loved it when all the Leafs fans cringed after that hit
