i hope your murdered on your way home tonight. that kinda stupidity is what makes kings fans a joke.
A.) There's no guarantee he's a Kings fan.
B.) HF does not allow personal insults and definitely does not condone the murdering of another poster. I ask you kindly to please refrain from personal attacks.
C.) You speak in the abstract as if any one of us could actually represent "kings fans" as a whole. An abstract is incapable of being "stupid" or "a joke". But it is often easier for some to just make sweeping generalizations.

Yeah, tell me about giving the Kings' fans a poor image...
So, when does Cechmanek comes back? (I too believe he's better than Huet by the way, but I'm not recognize as a Kings fan, still I hope I get murdered pretty soon, you just can't have such an opinion)
I think it’s obvious that Cechmanek is a better goalie than Huet, based on career numbers. Huet hasn’t played enough games to get an accurate read on him. A lot of players put 10-20 game streaks together then fall apart over the long run. I would agree Huet has looked better than Cechmanek so far this year, not necessarily in even strength situations though. Cechmanek has been solid in 5-on-5 situations and has struggled on PK. What another 2 PPG tonight? I’m not implying Cechmanek is the main reason the Kings suck on the PK, that’s partly it. The main reason IMO is the Kings have been giving up too many quality chances on PK. I don’t think there is any goaltender controversy, the Kings invested 3 million or so in Cechmanek, so unless he sucks over a good stretch of games (40+) or is injured, I don’t see Huet taking away his job this year.

That answer is inextricably contingent upon the type of life being led... and, of course, the quality of the pancakes.
While I don't think that Huet is a number one just yet, he is doing OK. I have been pleased with the play of both of our goaltenders, just remember last year and the Jaime Storr debacles. Let's take this slow, get what we can get, and not get too fixated on any one game.
