This will be a great game. I finally get the see the guys play again,... I know it "doesn't" count, but that means very little to me,.. I finally get to see Phil play,.. and what Chara and Savard can do for our team,... i am excited!!!

Go B's!!!!

I wonder who their gonna slip in on the second line in place of Sturm, my guess would be either Kalus or Stastny. Also hopefully Marco gets his situation handled in an orderly fashion so they can get in a good week of practice together before next friday.

I'd like to see some mixing and matching to get offense if goals aren't being scored.

Sturm-Bergeron-Kessel
Boyes-Savard-Murray

This would be the perfect time to add Kalus to the second line. Could be Sturms replacement next season if the Bruins cant sign him. I hope they do, but you always need a plan B. I wonder if York is the odd man out, it seems Dempsey has made the team, which is fine by me. At the one game I was at, and the last game against the Rangers, York has been brutal on the ice. I hope they send him down. He is a decent injury defenseman, but should no way be in the top 6. Hopeful lines for today.....

Kessel-Bergeron-Boyes
Kalus-Savard-Murray
Axe-Prems-Donavan
Hoggan-Statsny-Mowers

Chara-Stuart
Mara-Alberts
Dempsey-York

Any radio coverage today? Is WBZ carrying it?

I agree with Kalus on the 2nd line.

Go Bruins!

Everyone keeps talking about this new "jumbotron" and how spectacular it is.
What if it's really an alien spacecraft! And it's come to ABDUCT us to
conduct secret concession stand experiments on us on Jeremy Jacobs
home planet!

EDIT: Sorry, I meant to post a pic of the aliens, not the Montreal Canadiens team picture...my bad.

I'd rather see him on opening day than in preseason, further injuring himself. Heal well, Chara!

I just looked and didn't see this anywhere... everything I've read says he's "questionable" with a strained hammy. Personally for me, if theres even a question of whether or not he's able to play, he should sit out. It's pre-season. Yes I know it's the first home game and fans wanna see him and bla bla bla, it's still better to be cautios with our 7.5 million dollar man.

According to the local papers, he's got bronchitis, he's on antibiotics and should be back soon enough, provided he quits those German cigarettes. Just kidding about smokes bit.
