What is with all the damn penalties this afternoon?
I noticed that Kessel keeps practically bumping into Bergeron, like he's still playing the center position. Give them time to learn where each other likes to play and they'll be fine.

Another nice little move by Savard. He looked good that period.

Yeah, dumb shot, especially when you've got a delayed penalty on the other team and guys open elsewhere.

I've noticed that, too. I'd much rather have Sturm back with Bergy and Boyes, though. Nothing against Kessel.

Ya never know what they're gonna do. Right now, Sturm has Bronchitis so he kinda can't play.

A saucer pass is when you kinda flip the puck up in the air a little so that it gets over the opponents stick and to your player.

Even as a diehard BC fan, I do agree. The word is Lewis works well with young d-men, so hopefully he can help AA out. Alberts still has all the tools to be a very good player in this league for a ling time.

But Edwards uses it upwards of 15 times a game.

I haven't heard any "Spooning it out of the zone" or "Sticking a Fork in it" yet, however.

Yeah, he bumps into Bergeron, but God forbid he bump a Ranger. He also gets knocked off the puck very easily.

I had hopes of them not calling the lame crap like the calls on Brookbank, Mara and Shanahan.- So much for that. Looks like another year of a close-to-unwatchable product from the NHL.

On the bright side, Brick has just said "Makes himself available" for the first of likely 22,000 times this season. Now if only someone would "lend support".

In order to "lend support", the player would have to be "Johnny on the spot"
