Hate Koivu. The Finns have always hated the greater New England area. I heard a rumour that he wore a Yankee T shirt underneath his jersey. Just a rumour mind you but....

I also heard he golfs in the summer with Ulf Samuellson.

Wow, did the habs get hosed on this one or what!? Niinima is a $2.5 million hype who becomes an UFA next year. As much as I hate Ribeiro, he still is younger, cheaper and more effective than Niinima. Anyways, good for the Bruins, Ribeiro always seemed to be able to get the Bs off their game.

The habs are always stocked with players you love to hate: Markov, Kovalev, & Begin are some obvious suggestions.

Robiero will probably do well out in the West. Of course, him getting shot would make me feel better. Trade, whatever.....he's not in out conference anymore. No-one will ever forget the smirk after getting a penaly in the playoffs a couple years ago. I hope he gets hit by a Hummer.

I could never hate Koivu, sorry. The rest of the Habs, absolutely, but not Saku.

If you are banking on work ethic and generally all-around drive to succeed, then I can't disagree with you. I hate the Habs, but Saku is someone almost every professional hocker player should feed from.

Makes you wonder, with Dallas having so many centers- will they trade Modano now, after stripping him of his captaincy yesterday?

Just odd that Dallas would trade for Ribbies, when they already have a few players to fill that spot.

Hard to believe, but Saku and him went at it many times. They hated each other.

Feel free to toss in some punctuation into your next post. Thanks.

Sami Kapanen once said that Hartford reminded him of Finland. He had to have been talking about the weather.

Agreed. But I already loath Tenderness because of the hype and Perezhilton cause of his history which hab fans defend fervently saying "he isn't that type of player" but if he played elsewhere he'd be the "dirtiest" player.

LOL, where have you been today?

Now someone will have to fix that avatar using a Stars uniform, or you'll just have to use Sammy's again.

How sad is it for them that the Habs actually got tougher by adding Janne Niniima.

Sadly, I changed computers recently and didn't transfer that one.

Oh well, the season starts soon and there will no doubt be plenty of diving, embelleshing, and tossing of gloves, helmets, elbow pads and diapers from good old Andre "The Writher" to keep us all aware of his antics.

Its kind of sad but I just can't warm up to the guy, even though it is widely known that he a true warrior, who defines what a hockey player should be and is in no way bad for the game of hockey.
