Couple Stick Questions (WinWell, Montreal)

I'm using a Nitro right now...and the shaft that is used is more of an oval shape than square so better feel and duability. My question is, if I hack off the blade, would it be feasible to get a tapered wooden blade and shave it so it fits in the hole? I'm just sorta planning ahead as I think my blade my give on me, it got stepped on and part of it got chipped.

Also, has anyone used the WinWell g300? I heard it was really an Innovative 1100. They're $40 at hockeyworld/Perani's/1800Faceoff. And anyone got a clue on the curves they got listed there?

If you cut the stick it'll be a standard shaft, not tapered. WIth most OPS, you have to chip away the paint, then heat up and remove the existing blade in order to keep it tapered.

Idk if the Nitro is a true one piece or not as I don't see or feel a fuse point. But I'm just concerned cause the Nitro isn't square on the inside.
