What are you wearing, err....doing tonight?

just kidding....but a few years ago we did this and I'm pretty pumped for the game (sounds nuts to say that but I kinda roll with this stuff but this year it seems different than almost any other year- usually I'm more into Sox or Pats and the Bruins are wading into my sports emotion/life even though I'm going and watching games)

so I am pulling a Bru37 and am not going out and downstairs in on the couch without distraction...no going out, strictly focused. (and I'm wearing gym shorts and sweat shirt )....food (none); alcohol (none)..Whey Tech shake....boring but this is serious

I threw on a jersey, it's an opening night ritual. Coffee is the drink until later, then some beer. I may have a salad and some meatloaf too lol

I stayed at school for a break in classes, so it's just me and 3 other guys in the house tonight.

Shirt: Home Bergeron
Food: Pizza/wings
Drink: My choice of Natty Light, Milwaukee's Best, Colt .45, Everclear-spiked punch, Banker's Club Vodka, or a 40 of Hurricane. Needless to say, I'm bored and getting very drunk (with friends so it's not depressing).

Listening from wbz1030.com - it's so good to hear them back.

I had pizza for dinner, with toasted raviolis from Papa Gino's.

I'm wearing a blue sweater and jeans.

I'm going to get a Heineken right now.

I didn't know Papa's had toasted ravs. Are they good? I love them at the Chateau. I make them but they're not as good.

I'm not wearing a Bruins jersey as my daughter's coming home for the weekend and she'll think I'm a total loser if I'm in front of the TV wearing it. My younger kids have theirs on though. Lord, I just realized I'm wearing a Toronto t-shirt (city not the team, but still I should go change!)

I just ate half a fried dough and am drinking vitamin water.

doesn't every school-aged kid think their parents are total losers, regardless of what they do, wear or say?

This is very true, but as a parent you don't want to make it too easy for them. Another thing that makes me realize how old I'm getting is that I don't know what half the drinks are that LURinkrat rattled off.

Yeah, they're new! We got the "Crowd Pleaser" deal, lage and small cheese pizza with free toasted raviolis. They were really good. I used to have them at the Chateau in Arlington. They have them at a local place but they're not that good.

Now, I grabbed a handful of mini Snickers from the basket of chocolate my mom hides from me.

I'm totally lounging in sweats and a sweatshirt w/ a turtleneck underneath (no, not in honor of Slegs, I swear even tho he is back on ice w/ Litvinov) I would wear a jersey, but my cats have a way of destroying everything I wear....

And I'm enjoying some Sam Octoberfest - so good at this time of year.

We all need to burn our clothes that we wore tonight and change the menus and beverages for the next game.

If it's a Stuart jersey you should have no trouble getting by the defense and scoring.
