We had two chances but Atlanta came back shorthanded. 2-0 goal by Holik. Put it 5 hole on Belfour.

Ouch...come on Eagle, you won this team.

Couple of very nice shots by your boy HG.

Not a very good period. Our powerplay was non-existant and we didn't have a lot of offense other than a few chances.

I don't think Belfour should have played until Monday against Toronto. Atlanta's in our division and we should have gone with our starter (Auld), not our back-up tonight. Not sure what Martin's thinking here. However, Belfour usually gets better as the game goes on...but if we let in another before we score one, then you have to pull him I would think.

Martin keeps saying they are both 1A goalies, so, at least according to martin, Auld is not the starter.

We looked awful that period - but you wont win many games with goaltending like that....

Too bad Keenan's not here to give Martin a kick in the *** for saying that **** then. Martin better not split these games evenly throughout the season is all I have to say.

Kozlov 3-0 Atlanta.

The Panthers have had way too many turnovers today.

No one is looking good right now...Bertuzzi was on the ice for the first two goals against...as was Nieuwendyk. Allen was on the ice for the Sim goal.

Eddie's looking more like a Thanksgiving turkey tonight than an eagle.

If we can't score on the PP...it might be a good idea to try and spark the team with a fight because we've been getting outplayed physically tonight as well.

Man, Exelby's really working our players over tonight. He just made Van Ryn his *****. Thank God it's not Boulton tonight. Let's hope Sutton doesn't wake up later either.
