Not sure if we can blame this one on Audlie, but he did have a habit of giving in sofites all season last year.

Bertuzzi slammed his stick on the ice after that offside call. We seem to go offside often for whatever reason.

i swear, this is like last season all over again. goalie stands on his head for 2+ periods, we finally do something, the other team comes back....hopefully our script writer has edited out the "loses the game in the last 10 seconds" part.

After that goal we seem to have picked up the pace a bit. Bouwmeester had a great chance but just missed the net. We have to put one more in the net and keep everything out of ours.

Atlanta is just about to beat Tampa Bay 1-0.

Honestly...the team doesn't deserve to win this game. Auld deserves to win, but the rest of them don't. If we can pull a point out of our *** here after playing like this...in a tough building, I'll take it.

All the more reason to wonder when Bertuzzi will blow his top considering he became accustomed to a coach with an offense-oriented approach to the game in Vancouver.

There's a time for conservative hockey every now and then, but Martin clearly feels it should be this way 100% of the time.

What's with this new system where the person covering the point plays way up near the blueline and leaves like 15-20 ft coming off the midboards?

11 goals in 228 NHL regular season games and counting....so don't hold your breath.
