Man, that plekanec line is looking worse and worse every shift...Kovalev and Sammy don't seem to understand that puck control won't get you anywhere if you can't get a pass or shot across...They always chose the wrong time to pass.

I'm starting to ponder about which name I should get behind my jersey...I was thinking Higgins was a lock, but with the way Ryder is playing...It's a toss up.

It's Kovalev. He's a black hole that sucks everything from his team mates and sends it to an other universe.

The forwards are totally ****ing it up though. Markov made unbelievable passes during that last PP, but it gave nothing. I think Carbo is on his last nerv with that line.

It's all 3. All of them are looking for the perfect pass...but they make them at the wrong time (through traffic). If they'd just shoot maybe things would get rolling for them.

Well not a terrible road period.
Need to play more with more self control on those penaltys!

Actually Plekanec made the perfect pass to Begin but Niittymaki stoled him. I just think Kovalev and Samsonov suffer from not skating the whole summer

I think the logic of the game of hockey requires shots on net to score and win. Memo to the dipsy-do-nothing line, shoot the puck

But it's happening to any guy that plays with Kovalev lately.
Samsonov and Plekanec are working hard at least. Kovy is looking like he just doesent care tonight.

Ah **** with all Samsonov&Kovalev stuff, its annoying.

Damn, this is 3th freaking game of the years, no one at home...

There is some habs fan who can be patient and not screamin' like a little girls about a guy who didnt score in the first? He still get 2pts in 2 games...

C-A-L-M D-O-W-N...

Bt Samsonov have 1 good shot on the keeper. He play well.

Impressions:

-Ryder is gold, to say the least, who still wants to trade him and relived a Leclair story....

- It's only 2 game and 1 period, but it will come to this anyway, put Sammy on the 3rd line or try Bonk on the 2nd....

-Carter is flying out there, nothing happens but he skates well. Didn't know he was skating so well......ok enough with the enemy.....

-Latendresse looks better, nice defensive plays, good deflection for a pass, his greatest bodycheck was on the boards, but I believe that he was aiming at the guy, and the guy turned around offering his back, Lats didn't want to be out and crushed the board instead.

-Aebi is good, doing his job, looks better positionnally.

-First goal of Komisarek in this season will happen when he leaves his position and go towards the net....Just love how he thinks about doing that though...

-Markov worries me a little......just a little...

-Both Plekanec's and Calder's calls were so weak....it will never stop.....

Disagreed there, Plekanec clearly dove.. a 9.7 at the olympics, no doubt. There's no space for that in the game.

Surprised? Imo he'll score or create something tonight, then disapear again thinking he's done enough. They could possibly gel together, but if you notice...it seems as though the Flyers are having a very easy time containing all 3 (1 on 1). This is a team who's defence' speed is pretty below average.
