Radulov recalled for Sat Game against Canucks

Pete and Terry announced it during the game....I guess they figure Sullivan and/or Vasicek won't be ready to go by Saturday.

Got to love Rads gets his first game at home.....

I guessed he'd be recalled before Xmas but not this early.

And yeah, awesome his first game will be in SMASHVILLE

As much as I want to see Radu up, I hope Vasicek and Sullivan aren't long term injuries.

Sullivan came back with a vengeance last year after one of his groin injuries and scored a hat trick! I really hope we can stay healthier this year than last...

I hope the hockey gods show some mercy on our team.

Perhaps slightly off topic but who would the next forward called up after Radu? Leahy? Endicott? The pipeline seems emptier than in years past....

depending on what they needed, either leahy, staal or abid.

If it was more of a defensive player needed...I would say Leahy, but if it is more of an offensive player needed...I would say either Abid or maybe Staal.

Overall, I would say...Leahy!

Geez, the Mets fans on the same wave length tonight...tough loss, but a great season nonetheless!

yeah, it's heartbreaking to load the bases that way...you knew floyd would strikeout, but when lo duca walked, you had to feel it was fate for beltran to come up...but then...strike out looking? bummer, especially after the questionable perez pitched such a dynamite game. At least I'm still too wound up from being in attendance for the big win in NJ tonight.

Trying not too hijack the entire topic of this thread, but...now it's hockey time and hopefully our favorite hockey team will make a stronger postseason run than our favorite baseball team!

Back on track...definitely thinking that Leahy would be the next recall. Had a good camp and showed he was capable of playing as a role player in the NHL last season with Boston. Wonder if either Vigilante or Segal would get a look? I think Vigilante is too young and inexperienced, but if Hordichuk is out for a while and we need grit on the fourth line...Segal would be our man. Unless you want to recall Henry or Yonkman and throw them on the fourth line wing?

Won't this be the 1st ever HNIC game from Nashville? I bet they rip our attendance at least 5 times. It won't be too good due to the fact it on the same night as UT vs. Bama.

Hey, Nucks fans here. I believe it is Hughson and Garret doing the pbp. I really doubt these two would rip into the attendance, but you never know.

Good luck in the game. Damn Radulov already cost me money this year as I bet on him winning the Calder!
