Bonk

How about putting Bonk with kovalev and samsonov?
I mean Plecs has played well on the third line before.
Or maybe they could keep it the same. I however have been impressed with Bonk this year and think he could play on the top two lines.

see that' sthe thing

a guy plays well on the 3rd line you want to move him up but NO don't do that...he's playing within his role...you take him out of his role...he isn't performing as well as you want him to/as he used to

its the same thing with trying to more Perezhogin up to the 2nd line...i'm worried that we would mess up teh 3rd line...

would then have to move Begin to PErez's wing so the Defense stays tight...and then...

where does Samsonov go?

patience is a virtue mang

Giving Bonk more evenstrength ice could hurt his PK ability!

Not a bad idea, but I would prefer to try a Samsonov/Perezhogin swap first.

That could work for a few games but I would prefer a Samsonov/Johnson swap first.

Leave perezhogin on the 3rd line an add him Samsonov, that could work too

I agree. Plan A: Switch Sam and Perez. Plan B: Switch Bonk and Pleks. Plan C: Panic!

I don't want to have to expect more from Bonk than I know he can give... He's producing alright on the 3rd line with good minutes and serious PK minutes (I really do love it).

The problem of your schema is that it is already what they are doing with Plekanec . He was very good as the 3 th line center , so they put him on the second , where is not as much effective .

Now , from what i saw of Plekanec last season , and from what i saw of Bonk this season so far , i would give the first price to Plekanec , for being the best fit on the 3 th line .

Bonk is also having played a lot more games on the offensive lines . Sorry for the lovers of Plekanec , but the little player is having a 6 goals career . Yes he was playing with a defensive line last season , but so was Begin who scored 2x more goals , with his limited skills .

Plekanec is not the problem : Samsonov and to some extent Kovalev need to start the ball rolling

Samsonov can switch with perez I think that would be a nice small change to start with.

I like bonk right where he is. I like all the lines except I think one player is a major problem.

Samsonov does not fit on any of these lines right now.
