I know, but they need to start making some changes now. I don't want the kids moved but it's time to start moving some guys.

I don't care if they suck, I just want to see players who care.

go with it... if the kids start scoring we will improve dramatically...

eventually we will get a great return for Forsberg... and Knuble will bring something good at the deadline as well... if we can move Rathje, then fantastic.

no... he's not getting paid to play defense. he's getting paid to play as a pseudo-Rogue agent out there. he's a very good transitional defensive player because of his speed... but he's going to struggle in positional/set-piece D for the time being... i'd much rather he skate and be active, than worry about the fact that his defense is still growing.
Huh?

Exactly, they look like they're having about as much fun as a patient having a root canal.

Pitkanen is getting paid to do the former, not the latter.

it's not that complicated... his position as outlined by the staff thus far is almost the Rogue position in the Swedish Torpedo System... this might be much too complicated for you, but them the facts.

Counting tonight, we have been outscored 26-52. That's an average score of 2 for us, and 4 for whomever we play. Ouch. So in a 82 game season, we could end up at 164-328

yeah... that hit (attempt) barely phazed him... unreal. you're on skates on ice and a 220 lbs force runs into you at that high-speed and all it does is turn you a bit and slow you down? i don't think his left skate changed direction.

unbelievable... seriously guys. staff best be making sure that if the Caps are dumb enough to let this kid get to open RFA market... we have the ability to put 10 years and 70M in front of him.

or Crosby.
