I don't know about that... I think the Blues, with Jarmo Kekalainen coordinating the scouting and evaluation of junior-age players, will draft the guy they think is the best athlete available, and most likely to make an impact soon.
If that's a goalie, then it'll be a goalie. Shawn Belle was a "surprise" pick in the first round, where most if us were concerned, but he seems to be coming along pretty nicely.
Schwarz is a highly-regarded goalie prospect, and if the stats I posted above are any indication, there's a good reason why.
