The Bends

I'm not talking about decompression sickness...I'm talking about knee bend.

How important is it (in your opinions) to have a good one?

How deep is your bend?

How much is too much?

Thanks!

Knee bend when you're skating? I've read that good powerskating form requires you to have a 90-degree bend in your front knee. For your other leg you should get full extension with the other leg as you drive forward.
