Anyone else see this crap?

Quote:
The Bruins are entertaining offers for Glen Murray and the LA Kings are believed interested.

Spector's Note: Murray is currently the Bruins second-leading scorer and his salary is a hefty $4.15 million per season until the end of the 2008-09 season. I doubt he'll be going anywhere.

Would you take Murray and someone like Lashoff for vet with some value?

I have a feeling our interest in Murray was similiar to our interest in Tverdovsky. Taking a bad contract, helping another team with it's present while making our future better

i don't buy it, unless it's part of larger deal in which the kings take murray as a salary dump, a la t-vo, among other elements.

edit: kj beat me to it while i made lunch for the kid.

I have a sick feeling in my stomach that thinks it may happen. And I think it will be Blakes fault. Blake and Murray are surfing buddies and looked like brothers this summer when they were training all summer.

That better be one hell of a prospect coming back, because Murray's contract is pretty bad.

The Kings would like to move C Craig Conroy and his $2.3 million salary. Sources say Los Angeles GM Dean Lombardi and Muckler have held brief talks, and interest has intensified.
