GDT: Preds at Nordiques

by the way....their GDT has us as the "Thrash?"
that said, they're the nordiques for tonight. i say ship them back

anyway, walker officially on IR, johansson nowhere in sight. brookbank likely scratched. i've got a bad feeling about tonight...but those are the nights that usually surprise me the most. just wish it were on tv

So, they are the 'Mexico City Nordiques'?

That means I have to listen to those annoying Av announcers on Center Ice
'Thank you, Thank you, Thank you' (a phrase I sincerely hope NOT to hear tonight)

Impossible! It is not even televised by the Avs! That REALLY stinks!

i know . i have center ice as well...and i DO hate that "THANK YOU! THANK YOU!" thing they do. unbearable. it's hard to listen to petey and terry on the radio though, because you can never tell if the professor is overreacting when he suddenly !!YELLS!! enough to give you a nervous breakdown, at times.

preds up 1-0 on the pp goal from timonen, legwand and hartnell getting the assists. sounds like the avs are creating the pressure, but vokoun is responding well. avs show us some "respect" by playing sauve.

i called it as i heard it, but the assists were awarded to legwand and timonen, OH, almost made it 3-0. putting the pressure on, hopefully getting some confidence.

Sorry I haven't been here for board maintanence. My cable modem went haywire and I had a 21st Bday party to attend.

Sounds like we are doing decent. Hope I don't jinx anything.

No offense to the Tootoo lovers, but I'm happy to see Trotz sit him. I have no problem with Jordin, but I was starting to feel like he was untouchable. I still think some games in Milwaukee would do some good.

Did one of the Pred's radio play-by-play guys say there were "Eleventy-seven" guys in the crease?

Game! 3-2 Final.

May the Vokoun bashing cease till the next game - what a game Vokoun had facing 36 shots, he held them in the game.

500 on the road trip. given the injuries, i'm more than pleased with that. especially beating a hot ducks team and the "mighty" avs at home. vokoun looked(sounded) like his old self out there.

Sounded like a great game.........wish I could have seen it. I called Charter and complained, again. I hate it when they block out the Predators games........for a preseason basketball game no less

Just heard that Tootoo was a healthy scratch tonight. I didn't even realize it because I only listened to the game. What do you guys think about that? Agree or disagree? This, IMO, is a bad move. Tootoo has struggled offensively, but at least he is putting effort out on the ice........unlike certain other Predators *cough* Arkhipov *cough*

tootoo couldn't keep the puck in on the PP the other night against the Shanks, why else would we bench him...good move by Trotz...no points in almost a month.
