at 20 games, if it's still this ugly... that's exactly what they should do. get a 1st rounder and two quality players and call it a day.

The thing i like about Eager is also the thing that always gets him in trouble.

In scrums like that if somone isn't convinced to fight Eager throws a punch at em regaurdless and gets em to go.

Dragfest but i hope theres atleast 3 more fights tonight.

kaps, richards, and eager...the ONLY guys on this team with heart

if only they had top notch skill (gagne, forsberg) to go along with it

Islanders calling for the Buttman special on Eager.

That would be a suspension, wouldn't it?

Richards started punching Hilbert without any resistance...the frustration is boiling over for him.

Good to see lifeless guys like Kapanen and Meyer trying to start ****.

Kapanen is far from lifeless he's been showing alot of heart over the last few games.

Kapanen's skills have completely gone away... but it's pretty rough to say "lifeless." the guy works every time he is on the ice... and i will never call anyone lifeless after the stunt he pulled in Toronto after that Tucker hit a couple years ago.

Richards is very lucky to get out of that with just 2 mins. No way was it an instigator. Lots of players drop their gloves in a scrum just to hold on. Eager dropped em to do that and then wanted to go.

Haha, Richie got 2 minutes for roughing for using Hilbert as a punching bag with his gloves off.

Thank God, no Buttman special for Eager at least.

Okay whoa, sorry for upsetting the Kapanen lovers.

Skating around really fast and doing nothing with the puck doesn't count as "heart" to me.

What I meant by lifeless is a lack of physicality - which the whole team is lacking.

Best part was when he was alone in the slot with no one within 20 feet and he just fluffed it and didnt even get a shot off.

If a trade goes down, he, along with Esche needs to go. Its sad when Id prefer Eager in this team over Gagne.

Your way overblowing the kapenen situation. He may be skating around really fast and not doing anything with the puck, but what he is doing is playing. He isn't going in and turning over the pack...he is trying to get the team going.

Kapanen and Sanderson are really the same player right now, except Sanderson is going towards the front of the net.

Nedved has been playing very well tonight, proving my point that he shouldn't have gotten waived in the first place.

Even at the beggining of the year he was one of our better players.

Tradelist:
Forsberg
Gagne
Calder
Esche
Meyer
Grenier
Gauthier

i'm sorry, i know i am definately in the minority, maybe i'm a jackass, but forsberg was a hell of a tough player in colorado (playing through spleen injury, etc.) but i haven't see him do ANYTHING in a flyer uniform that leads me to believe that he can play through injuries, grind it out night in and night out, and especially carry the team on his back and just say "follow me"

He doesn't play if he even thinks he's gonna get injured, he's like a freakin horse/donkey mix.

Gets spooked easily and doesn't ****ing budge.
