Picard top-ranked QMJHL prospect?

Am I reading this correctly? I understand that Picard was ranked as the top prospect in the QMJHL...
http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/news_story.asp?id=61944

"Left winger Wojtek Wolski of the Brampton Battalion, forward Alexandre Picard of Lewiston and Prince Albert Raiders centre Kyle Chipchura are the top ranked players in their respective junior leagues according to the NHL Central Scouting Bureau's preliminary rankings."

There are two Alexandre Picard's of note in the "Q". Your Alexandre Picard is a defenseman that plays for Halifax I believe, this Alexandre Picard is a LW and he's draft eligible in 2004. Both players played in the recent Canada-Russia challenge, which merely adds to the confusion. Look for middle initials to be added to their profiles any moment now!

It doesn't help that, when you click on the Picard in the TSN story, it brings you to a profile of the Philadelphia prospect.
