Shea Weber; cant afford to lose this one!!

I know you guys arent the GM, but he appears to be in a similiar situation with a similiar player as a couple of years ago. He drafted Tomas Slovak in the second round of the 2001 draft, and the guy exploded for the kelowna rockets, my hometown team. He led the league offensively, and was a top defensive player too.

then in the summer David Poile traded him to colorado for some guy i cant even remember. That was in my mind a fairly big loss for this organization. Last year they drafted Shea Weber in the second round, And my report on him is....this guys awesome!!! Big hits, A big game player, and now he's leading our defense in goals. This is one guy you cant afford to lose! and the point of this thread is mostly to tell you that you may not know who he is, but he is an extremely bright prospect for you guys. he's hamhuis like, minus a bit of the offensive talent(but he's got a blast from the point).

Actually when they drafted Weber they told him they had traded Slovak to make room for him. Slovak is too much like half of our defensive prospects or players (hamhuis, Klein, Hutchinson, Eaton, etc.) Weber is a more physical type player, which is more of what we needed.

I just saw Weber play last week against the Vancouver Giants and thought he was the Rockets most prominent player, He has the size, and just needs to develop some more skill.
