New pads for Huet?

Apparently on RDS this morning, they showed Cristobal with new pads. They're pretty much like his red ones from last year except in the new RBK format.

Not sure if he's going to use them tonight.

Did they mention how long he has been breaking them in? As bad as players can be with new equipment, goalies can be worse, but then again, they are special

On a seperate but slightly similar topic, has anyone noticed if Kovalev is wearing his new skates for games yet? He has some custom made white RBK 9K skates that he has been breaking in during practices and warm-ups but using his old skates for games.

Great , the Whites one look good on the road but at home they look silly. Plus they looked like Yann Danis pad's.

lets hope a change in equipment for huet does not result int he same fate as theodort

Huet started the season with new equipment and he is doing just fine.
