Blah, this game is bull. Decided by the Refs and too much passing by the Rangers.

BTW, Emerick should not be allowed to do Devil games on this channel. What a homer.

I usually appreciate Emerick, but he's awful tonight. I've never heard him cheer for the Debbies this much in a game. Ever. There's a reason he's one of the most respected hockey mouths around -- but he's being a HUGE homer tonight. It's just awful.

And STUPID penalty by Brodeur gives us another PP. Let's do something for once.

Get a life Brodeur, both teams just got a freebee. It's not like the Rangers are going to get more than a shot off anyway.

Jason Ward on the PP?

looked good, except off the Rachunek pass. The whole unit just looked like they didn't belong, but it was the best 45 seconds of PP time this game.

At least NY got some shots off on that PP. Looks like they need at least 2 goals in the third

Terrible call on Shanahan, but the **** with Betts putting it into the crowd has got to be avoided. This team needs to wake up and put the home crowds on there sides. They sit on there hands on the rare PP they get called in there favor. Is it to much to ask to give the fans what there paying to see? A sellout crowd is a rarity in the NHL these days but the Rangers are one of the few teams that get to play in front of one regulary and they need to start taking advantage of it. A team that cant win at home is in deep deep trouble if you ask me.

I simply do not want to hear any more about the refs.

That is a cop out for me. There is not some conspiracy to stack the odds against the Rangers, simply put the good teams find a way to win.

The problem with this team is that there are games you can tell right from the begining that they are just not there.

It was the same thing in Washington.

When this team wants it, it has shown it can take it. But this team simply does not look into the game too much and I have no idea why Lundqvist insists on imitating Tom Barrasso with at least one soft goal a game this season.

The officiating is the same for us as it is for everyone else, and if that's what it comes down to than tells you about all you really need to know about this team.

It can't be the officiating EVERY time we lose or this team comes out flat.

Edge -- Agreed mostly about the reffing but for the most part the comments have just been "what the ****?" when a clearly non call is called. Haven't seen much "the refs are handing them the game!" talk in this thread unless I've just completely missed it (which could very well be as I don't read every post).

Our team is about as flat as can be right now.

They are playing AWFUL and clearly need to step it up a notch right now. If they don't, they might as well not even play the 3rd period.
