Time for BC to get it done. I don't know how Waddell works but a motivational (maybe an "or else") speech would be in order.

Woohoo!!

In all seriousness, I hope he finds the motivation to be a better NHL player than he was an AHL player. He looked pretty good in that Calder Cup run during the lockout, but seems to have regressed since. Maybe he just couldn't handle the demotion.

one thing to rememeber cobourn is only 21... just a kid. It looks like he may have turned the corner, but will need a stay at home partner for a bunch of games.

Hope he gets to play the pp as he has an absolute cannon.

This is his chance to prove he's not developing into a bust.

And if he shows it, good for him and by all means... keep him in Atlanta. I still don't know what they see in him... he MUST show ATL a different product than what we see on the ice here. If he displays the same play there as he does here they would HAVE to be bigger idiots than I thought for keeping him as a prized prospect.

How is Valabik looking, is he ready for prime time? DW may have to package Coburn w/ a pick to make room/save face & call up Valabik if he's ready. DW can't let a wasted No. 8 pick cost us games this year.

Valabik is looking great - I really really like him. However, I don't think he's ready for the big show yet.
