freddy's actually a pretty good stand-up defender. he seems to make a big stop atleast once a game. he also had a nice hit in the first period

i never said he was a good overall defender but if you actually watch the game you would be able to notice it. an example would be the pittsburgh game last week when he stood crosby up on a break

Let's just say I'm rooting for him over Malkin for the Calder.

He's looked pretty good, though. You should just send him over to us to complete the "future considerations" part of the JR deal.

It seems like RR is playing well in Philly with another assist tonight already. What are Flyer fans' thoughts on Robitaille?

I'm happy for him after he wasn't well liked in Minny because of penalties and suspect defense. However I saw the skill he has and wished him well wherever he went, so I'm happy for him.

I think he's a real talent that isn't getting the recognition because of the Malkins of the world. He's the player I fear the most on the Kings. You have a great player for years to come.

Nothing yet. I sent them an e-mail yesterday (or the day before), so I'm not too worried. If all else fails, I'll give them a call. That worked for you, right?

Picard seems extra lazy today...couple of turnovers already, and he didnt do anything to get Frolov away from the net.
