There seems to be little action on the board. I'll ask a question. Are Gagner and Kane the best 1-2 punch in the OHL right now? If not, then who? Note: Not talking about potential (which might work in their favour, or draft history/status (ahem B. Ryan)
I have watched them 19 games this year and yah they can be special but still have times when they are not. Kane/ Gagner, Musak/ Pyatt, Emmerton/ Hughes all three make a pretty good one two punch.

Perry notched five goals in the last couple of games and Sergei looks to be heating up finally maybe just now getting over his return to Junior.
These two could be up some big numbers by March.
Somebody on the board laughed at me last year when I said Perry would get 30-40 w/ the Knights this year. I'm too lazy to look it up and do an I told you so, but looks like he's headed that way!

From there it's anyone's guess. Gagne and Kane have been dynamite but I could easily see them wearing down in the second half, most rookies do.
gotta love how sarnia wasn't featured there, Gomes/Stamkos, Kell/Stamkos Reed/Pospisil all could be up there with some of them not top 5 and probably not even top 10 but they're up there, how is Mursak/O'marra 3rd? did they click instantly when O'Marra got traded?

That is a good pairing.
While not as strong defensively as Staal (but few are!), I'll throw Kindl and Weber from Kitchener out there.

The top 5 aren't in order. If you admit Sarnia aren't at a top 5 level why are you arguing that they weren't featured?
Mursak and O Marra are in the top 5 because having watched them I find them to be two of the top forwards ijn the OHL.
I didn't factor in chemistry. Thornton and Marleau are a great 1-2 punch who don't play together.

It's no laughing matter anymore toomanymen and I remember something about that a little. Think it was joked upon quite a bit but yes he is moving inn that direction sitting at 19.
And he scores in bunches so often if they have a good night he can grab 2 or 3 like nothing. Sitting around the circle all night like he should will get you plenty of smack ins.
Played with Ottawa and Oshawa, spent the first part of this year in the AHL. I don't know how Deboer got him, but it's a heck of a pickup for the price (free!).
