They're not playing with a lot of confidence as of late and taking the wind out of their sails early will surely give us the edge tonight

5-2 Habs

as much as the flyers suck, i have a bad feeling about this game, we have yet to show up in the 2nd game of back to back games. that being said: 4-3 flyers x_x here's hoping i'm dead wrong and the habs come out flying.

we should win this one, just be careful with Forsberg's line and that'll do it!

We've done a great job of shutting down teams' top players recently. Kovalchuk/Kozlov/Hossa vs. Atlanta and most recently Briere, Afinogenov and Drury. Hopefully we can keep it up tonight!

Aebischer in nets, Eniima plays, Streit is scratched. 7-D again.

From CKAC.

That tells me Eniima might be played to showcase him, as if it would change anybody's mind on him. But it might not be a bad idea to play him VS Philadelphia. Their defense don't have any Donovan Baileys on, lots of pylons.

I don't have much time before I get with my toothfairy, but I'll tell you, not winning by at least 2 is dissapointing tonight. I think we'll get it, I think those that love to eat free wings might get them tonight.

Oh yeah, All In On The Habs in vBookie.

I'm off. Good game.

Our offense needs to get going tonight!
It's the perfect time for our second line to get the monkeys of their backs against Philly's slow defense.

Win 6-4

Perezhogin (2), Kovalev, Samsonov, Bonk, Rivet
Gagne, Richards, Kapanen, Umberger

Well we all knew Niinimaa would get another chance at some point, and the second game of a doubleheader seems like a good time to get some fresh blood in there.

Having 7 D is a huge boon to the team in these 2 games in 2 nights situations. Hopefully the boys still have something left in the tank after an emotional win last night.

The Habs will have legs for 2 periods but it's that 3rd period that will haunt then.
If the Habs have built a lead, say 3-1 or 4-1 then it's ok.
if it's tied at the end of the 2nd, look out. Danger time.

Incredibly bad call on Pleks.
Someone falls, the refs whistle. That's the new NHL. Pathetic.

Refs really hate Plekanec. He gets called for diving when he isnt and he gets called for hooking when others are diving. Simply stupid.
