At this point Holmqvist is about 10,000 times better than Burke What a game he, and the rest of the Lightning, had!

Finally, they beat the Sens in the regular season!

Not even close.

Anyway, great game from Tampa. Amazing goaltending for sure. I guess the Sens don't have Burke to kick around anymore

Maybe. How about the cheapest hitter not willing to back it up with his fist?

He just hasn't been able to get on the scoresheet. Probably should drop him if there are better options availible.

Nice win this afternoon. FINALLY beat the Sens in the regular season. Holmqvist continues to play well and they played with a lot of effort today. I kept waiting for the Sens comeback like has been the norm the last few years, but Marty iced it on that last PP. Let's keep it going on Tuesday.

Fair enough.
Neil's hit today was a penalty, but it did appear as though your guy turned his back a bit just prior to the hit. Fortunately he wasn't injured on the play.

Holmqvist I have not seen such saves in Tampa since Bulin left, amazing game!

+ Marty was a monster
+ Perrin continues to impress with his hard work and speed
+ ...the whole line is great btw
+ Good Pk..finally

- Sarich has horrible puckhandling..well not any news there
- Didn't see much of Vinny L...
- ...and Prospal continues to unimpress

But we won!

Great game, it's awesome to finally beat the Sens, Kuba keeps playing better, Marty with a beautiful goal, and Richy with his 9th.

Both Vinny's were really quiet tonight.

Agreed, it's always good when someone isn't injured.

I was thinking the same thing. I was almost scared to say it. I do think he's officially usurped Denis' position as "#1 goalie." Concerning Prospal, don't forget that he helped us win on friday with a crucial OT assist.

Vinny L had some good chances early, just couldn't find the net tonight. He's been playing alright and getting his chances. The other Vinny P, outside of a decent game Friday, has beent terrible. He and Fedotenko need to start getting on the scoreboard.

Vinny L also had someone shadowing his every move last night. He had no space to do anything. As for Prospal, he has no excuse. Feds? Dito!

Feds started nicely with 12 points in 13 games, but no points in the last 9 games is pitiful..

And Prospal really need to elevate his game..
