The Flyers were without a doubt the better team in the 1st period. The Islanders weren't bad, but the Flyers playing like they were turning off the suck

What I really love about him this season is he's about to pass his point totals for last year in less games on a MUCH crappier team.

Rathje sounded really discouraged with his situation, and disappointed in himself with the way he's been playing. I felt sorry for him - it must be so hard to not be able to compete the way you have in the past and the way you want to.
